I bring my electric guitar on stage to illustrate the principles of building a successful innovation ecosystem within a large organization.

I’m a serial entrepreneur with two exits and two failures, former CEO of a public company, a published author, and an MIT lecturer with two issued patents and degrees from Princeton and MIT. I’m also a former professional musician who still performs regularly as a blues guitarist.
