I co-led this Fireside Chat with Aletta Schnitzler, Ph.D. as part of the Innovation Pavilion at the annual meeting of the Institute of Food Technologists. 250 people attended this little chat. Aletta is Chief Science Officer of TurtleTree and is a bona fide expert in cellular bioprocessing. Although our career backgrounds are quite different, we had a remarkable level of agreement on what differentiates start-ups that succeed from those that fail. We worked hard to pack a lot of content into less than a half-hour.
